Terms of conditions

1.1 These terms will be imposed on all purchases made via the website of products by Ashira Levy (B P Links Ltd.) 515053015 (hereinafter: “B P Links Ltd”), 33 Jabutinski Street, Ramat Gan, Israel, Postcode 5251107, phone number +97235440118

1.2. These terms will be imposed in addition to the general terms of use of the website.

1.3. The initial term for execution of a transaction on the website requires the customer to be 18 (eighteen) years of age and over, or for a corporation to be incorporated as is pursuant to Israeli law. In addition, the buyer must be in legal possession of a valid credit card from one of the credit companies listed hereinafter: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal account (this list may be subjected to modification). The buyer must also be permitted pursuant to the law and/or pursuant to any agreement with the issuer of the credit card in the buyer’s possession to execute transactions by means of the aforementioned credit card. Additionally, by making a purchase on the Ashira Levy website, the buyer are declaring by default that the buyer have an active Paypal account, and that the buyer are legally permitted to make such transactions with it. Also the buyerare declaring that the buyer have an active E-mail account. In these Regulations the term “credit company” also includes Paypal.

1.4. For the purpose of making a purchase on the website the buye rwill need to provide personal details, including credit card/details of the buyer’s Paypal account, E-mail address and other personal information, such as full address for delivery etc.

1.5. The cost of the payment will be made in one payment. It will also be subjected to the terms of the credit company.

1.7. After Ashira Levy receives the confirmation from the credit company for the purchase of the products the buyer selected,the buyer’s order will be processed, and the products the buyer purchased will be sent to the buyer, pursuant to the terms of these Regulations.

1.8. If the buyer provide personal information such as the buyer’s address, identity number, credit card/Paypal account details etc, and/or if the buyer’s order is not approved by the credit company within seven days from the date Ashira Levy receives the refusal notice from the credit company, Ashira Levy will be permitted to cancel the buyer’s order, at its sole discretion.

1.9. During the order process, the buyer will be granted access to the summary of the order details for review and confirmation. Once the buyer confirms the details of the transaction, there will be no modifications to add to the order.

1.10. After completion of the purchase process, a confirmation E-mail will be sent to the buyer containing the details of the transaction
