Painting is an inseparable & very important part of my life.

About Ashira
I was born in July 1950 Israel. Painting is an inseparable & very important part of my life. I remember myself painting ever since I was a child. When I was 9 years old my paintings were hang in the corridors of my school – my very first exhibition!
I participated in several courses from the best artists in Israel in order to learn more and to expand my skills.
1965 – The Open University.
1970 – Faculty of Arts Albany New York.
1980 – HaMidrasha – Faculty of Arts.
2010 – A full member of Artists of Ramat Ha-Sharon.
Among my teachers – Moris Lazar, Moshon Ben Non, Rachel Bailies.
Painting brings a lot of light & joy to my life. The colors and the brushes help me to express my inner self.
I try in my own way to catch all the beauty there is in Nature, which is the greatest creation in the world G-d gave us from my prospective.
I receive my greatest inspiration from looking at nature – trees, flowers, fruits, fields… their beautiful colors give me many ideas and nature is my main topic in my paintings.
Over the years I participated in many exhibitions in museums & galleries around Tel-Aviv, Herzliya & Ramat Ha-Sharon.
